Load Equalizer II?

Well you put it on the bike and it equalizes your load while you ride, so when you get off and have sex, it comes out in measured, equalized spurts. Instead of like shotgun blasts...

It prevents hyper-flashing when you have installed LED turn signals in place of your stock signals.

It looks like a pain in the ass if you ask me. Buy a new flash regulator, its cheaper and its plug and play.

Haha I'm gonna stick with FIDO's first answer.

That does sound like a pain. Are there some advantages to it over the other whizbang?

Don't know, i just got the LED flasher from Al, and it mounted right up to the factory wiring harness. Much easier if you ask me.

It sure sounds like it. So if there is a place to plug that relay into, could it be used for something else and that might be why you have another option for wiring it in?

Well you know how there is a carb and then there is EFI? Maybe these two are sorta the same thing, with the load equalizer being the carb and the flash regulator being the newer, shinier, better, EFI..

I don't see the connection though. If it's for the flasher than how would that tie into the fuel delivery?

Fido's just using the Carb-EFI thing as a comparison to prove a point. ;) He's saying the Load Equalizer is "old school" and the Flash regulator is "new school".

You take your old flasher out and put the new one in....real easy. If you can change a light bulb at your house you can certainly plug in a new relay. Do a search on here, I found mine at an auto parts store...I even posted the part number. ( I dunno how to do links so....sorry:p )
