Long Swingarm on a Scg?

Is it possible to put the Long swingarm on the Scg or is there too much involved to even try it?

Too much involved. Not to mention it would negatively effect the handling. I wouldn't recommend it.

the short wheelbase is what makes the buell a buell

I think it's a great question. If I was going to drag a Buell, I would want a SS swing arm on a CG.

Thats just part of the fun of a buell, because its different. Some people buy Busa's, but I'm not that cookie cutter I guess. I'm not saying I want to, but if I did, thats what I'd do. I understand what's so hard to understand

for me the buell is a good looking, crazy designed, amazing cornering bike finished with a torque topping.

change the swingarm, change geometry = changing one of the main fun factors of the buell.

a 9sec, 4g pulling dragbike: (rider forgot his boots )

Changing the swingarm to an Ss, would you also have to change the rails and undertray? I guess if someone wanted more seating room, and a bit more stable ride. Combine that with the free spirits extra trail kit and effectively you would almost have a Ss, just with a slightly shorter frame correct? [up]

Anyone gone the other way? Change out a Uly swingarm with one of the city or firebolt?
