well i want to put a new headlight unit on my bike.
Just think the factory lights and flyscreen just don't look very good on our bikes, to me they look like a after thought. but don't get me wrong they do look good on a lot of bikes also.
Any way I found a couple that i like off some other bikes.

the one i like to get is off a wakan motorcycles, but not sure who sell them here is the USA. does any one no if they sell them her.

another one that I am considering is a off a Aprilia shiver 750 motorcyle. which one do you like better?

Aren't the Wakan bikes american? If anywhere I think you'd be able to get them here, but I doubt you could get one from Wakan, you'd probably have to just figure out who they buy the headlights from. The aprilia is really hard to picture on the front end of a Buell. The headlight itself would definitely look good, but I'd need to see the flyscreen on one to know how I felt about it.

I'm not too crazy about the stock headlights either. Someday I'd love to mount an S1 headlight and flyscreen on my XB. I've got some electrical learning to do before I'd feel comfortable hooking something else up to my bike though. Someday when I've got a few dollars to spare I'll probably pick up a round headlight and another flyscreen(Just sold one because I didn't think I'd use it!) and some headlight mounts, then see what I can come up with on a rainy day.

I park to a 2010 kawasaki 1000 everyday that has a decepticon emblem above the lights, and I have a black firebolt so I just laugh and park next to it. I will say it's a sharp looking bike, but I'd pick mine over it every day of the week.

thanks for the input upthemaiden. I was looking at the wakan website, and the company started in south of france. but who knows they might me selling them here. but ya it would be nice to find out where they get there headlight from. but i don't just want the headlight, i want the whole unit fly screen and all.

the 2010 Kawasaki 1000 doesn't look to bad but don't think it would look good on a buell.

There are some pictures of a bike that actually have a headlight on it that looks like that one above. It's that bike that has the single sided wheel in the double sided swingarm(??) and has the brake rotor mounted on the front pulley. They still have the original headlight/flyscreen brackets though, they just put the headlight inside of it.

I think one would look good if you took 2 firebolt headlights and stacked them vertically, and tried to make something for the sides to clean it up and not look unfinished.

bobaganoosh, I have that front on one of my bikes, it's nice looking but I remade the mounts because the whole thing is made of plastic and is mounted with rubber straps. I haven't driven at night with it yet to decide if I like the light output.
