Looking at this Blast for the woman

My Girlfriend has been wanting to learn how to ride for some time now. Since I have a Firebolt my natural reaction was to look for a Blast

I came across this one and it's not too far from me.

It's a 2006 with he is guessing 6500 miles

Only thing is the guy said the Odometer/Speedo quit working and it has power to it, and the airbox/cover is missing but that's no biggie since I planned on replacing it if it was stock anyway

other than that it's clean and has a V&H exhaust

So what do you guys think for $1000?

Late to this party, but that bike has been down on the left side...relatively hard. Look closely at the footpeg bracket in the 2nd picture.
