looking for a left side seat rail and a tore up seat

im gathering parts for an "s" tail conversion and i am still in need of a reasonably priced left (clutch) side seat rail "s" model, and an "s" style seat. i'd prefer a seat that is damaged/torn but the pan is in great shape still as i will re-foam and re-cover anyways.

i have some money and a chopped oem tail for trade if interested.
