Looking for a race map

Good morning,

I have the day off and plan to spend much of it working on my bike. Of the things I wish to accomplish today is to finally get a race map loaded to replace the stock settings. I have only ever used ECMspy to reset the TPS but I have been doing some research and feel confident enough now to load a race map. My bike is as follows:

05 XB12R
22K miles
Race ECM
Race Pipe
K&N air filter
Air box delete
breather re-route
DCPR9EIX

I am aware that I need to know what type of firmware I have but I am unsure of how to determine this. I need help finding a race map as all of my searches have left me empty handed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hey first thing to do is make a backup copy of your ecm, or even 2 copies before you start, and you already have a race ecm so you shouldnt need a race map unless you are trying to get a custom tune. But supposedly the race ecm should be tuned to the race pipe. My 2cents

Thank you for the input. Perhaps it is not an actual race ecm. It does say not for street use directly on it though. The bike has run lean as **** since I got it and the top end seems to be weaker than what it should be. My goal is to get it running richer and to increase top end power a bit.

Can you find the part number on the ecm,and list it here.and if possible hook up to ecmspy and load the eprom from the ecm and see what the firmware and calibration say on there.I have a few maps, that I would be willing to send you,after we figure out what you got.

I ran into a few other issues today and have to wait a few days for parts. Maps would be appreciated still though because I will be looking to do this next week now instead of today.
