I seen a used one on ebay go for $301 not too long ago.

I'm still tryin to figure out if my 08' will work with a PCV. I'm familiar with those and not sure if it would work, I'd pull the trigger if someone can confirm it worked. There a tad cheaper on ebay.

If i were to order one from EBR is it just plug and play or do I have to buy the cable and software to program it?

yeah, you just pull off the left side pod and swap them out.
