Hello guys, like the title says i'm looking for riding pants. I rode this last year in blue jeans all year, and with the down time I have had this winter I have seen how torn up a lot of riders have got with slow speed crashes. I wanted to order a pair of RHOK riding pants, however the company is temporarily shutdown with no estimated time till they reopen. I am looking for kevlar enforced blue jeans, or textile riding pants. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Is leather out of the question? They'll provide the best crash protection, although they won't provide the versatility or water resistance of textile.

Whatever you get, make sure it either comes with full armour, or has pockets for you to insert your own. Depending on your climate, you might want to get something with vents too.

I'd stay away from the kevlar jeans simply because they aren't armoured (at least not the ones I'm familiar with).

I wear Draggin Jeans utility jeans. Not as good as leather for sure.... but better than regular jeans and they can be ordered with armor. I also have a few pairs or other brand kevlar jeans but the Draggin Jeans have a lot thicker layers, and more coverage in them. If your set on reinforced jeans, check em out...

Leather is out of the question until I lose some more weight, I don't want to look like a fat power ranger on my buell. lol I definitely agree its the best, I have found a couple kevlar jeans that do have armor. Thanks for the links so far guys.
