Low Oil light came on and off???

I have a 03 XB9R (race kit) with 11k miles on it and while riding to school today I saw my low oil light come on. I pulled over and did a quick check and listened for any weird noises, nothing.... Anyways I started it back up and 2 seconds later the light went off and never came back on.

Anyways should I be prepared for something bad? maybe the oil pump?

Mine did that once or twice and it never happened again. But when I tore my motor apart I noticed the oil pump drive gear was going bad. You could always get the updated oil pump drive gear

Go with what it's telling you.

Change your oil. At least top it up.

Sensor lost pressure for a moment. That can only happen for a couple of reasons. Checking oil is the easiest and simplest solution.

I guess I will... Just changed it like a month ago...

I'll keep an update if I find anything
