Hey gents,
Within the last week I have been noticing low voltage in the area between 12 and 13 volts. My bike usually runs within the area between 13 and 14 volts, so this is a little low for me. Yesterday when I went to start my bike up, it acted like an XB. It turned once, stopped, screen went black, then it turned over, and started- everything working fine. I have the bike plugged into a trickle charger almost every night. The bike is an 09 1125R, and i think i may need a new battery. Any ideas? Just let me know! Thanks

Sounds good. Thanks again! I would still be a noob if it wasnt for RT, anrkizm, Jakestolar, Dave, and octo. Thanks for everything!

If your Battery and Terminals Check out good, have the Charging System Checked out for good measure. Some of the Stators on the Bikes have been known to go out at around 4,800. TO 6,200. miles or so . Hopefully it is just a Battery issue.
If the Battery is the Problem, after the install check the Regulators Voltage output and the Stator as well just to make sure it does not sneek up on you. Possibly being the Reason the Battery got low in the first place. Hope it's an easy Fix.*Jimi
