Lower firebolt fairing

How hard is it to lower a firebolt fairing?? How is it done? I want to lower mine 2 inches. It would look so sweet. it would give the illusion of a tail lift with out sticking my ass in the air, plus it would have a way more agressive look. Thanks in advance. Pics would be great. [cool]

Never heard of it done before. I think it can't because of clearance from the fender when the forks compress.

Hey Dave xb12r go look at yours. I just did you can easily go down 2 inches if you go forward 1 and 1/2 inches and make a extention bracket. I will start the plans tonight. Im going to do it.

Perhaps Xtremelow knows the way how to do it. I guess he has lowered front fairing on his 'bolt. Try to ask him.
