I just find it amusing how when I get my confirmation email it says "Thank you for your order, we appreciate your business, please call us if you have any questions" and when I ask him a question his reply is "I get 200 emails a day, I don't need so many emails".
Seems to not have much knowledge on running a business/customer support. I should cancel and order elsewhere, but don't want to delay my project any further so am not going to but it really pisses me off that I am giving him business when there are other people out there who actually want me to buy from them...
