Can anyone confirm they've ordered from this site and it is legitimate? Someone got me nervous about placing an order basically because it's a cheesy website, so I just wanted to be sure it's not a scam or something. I thought the site was recommended by this forum but can't remember.

I order things from them all the time. I get a slightly better discount too with my shop. PinkGorillaCycles.com.

Thanks all. I actually found the parts on surdyke originally for the same price, but lshd1 is offering free shipping on orders over $250.00 so it'll save me shipping costs. Order placed :)

So far not too thrilled with their customer service...the guys seems pretty rude:

"Do you want me to refund or wait…I do not need so many emails choice is your one answer"

Seems pretty rude to me. All I did was ask him how long it'd take to receive it. The website is somewhat unclear, I didn't know if it was 7-10 days to receive it, or 7-10 days before they ship it.

jeeze he told me to relax because I replied "what? why would you cancel the order!? I need the parts"....not sure that saving the shipping cost is worth dealing with rude people.

So for $37 more I can tell the guy he seems too busy for my business, cancel the order, and go to surdyke and order there...I guess I just need to decide how much of a cheap ars I am lol.

I order from them all the time .xl is right, they have good pricing and are closer. Some match the prices but we have used them for a while. I guess it's kinda cheesey as some say. But the people there are just simple and straight to the point. Yes there are some Fanstastic sites out there with lots of ads and so on, nice and flashy. Some need it for their support to help and some don't. you will find several parts there as long AS you have parts numbers ready and correct. This is why I always say to call your Dealer to Verify part numbers before you order from them! Good Hunting.*Jimi

I just find it amusing how when I get my confirmation email it says "Thank you for your order, we appreciate your business, please call us if you have any questions" and when I ask him a question his reply is "I get 200 emails a day, I don't need so many emails".

Seems to not have much knowledge on running a business/customer support. I should cancel and order elsewhere, but don't want to delay my project any further so am not going to but it really pisses me off that I am giving him business when there are other people out there who actually want me to buy from them...

Well I feel a little better now, I ordered on the 20th, it shipped on the 30th, and is supposed to arrive by end of today. The 10 days isn't too bad considering they have to get it before they ship it, and the shipping duration is pretty good (4 days), but I'm still upset the guy was a prick to me. Anyway, my experience was that they have good prices and seem to operate timely, but their customer service is rude. I can't wait to open up my package tonight though! :)

I just ordered something from Surdyke.com. They had a slightly better price than lshd1.com and had online chat support (probably could have called as well?). All-in-all a good experience.[up]

Good! Yeah I almost cancelled and switched my order to surdyke(basically the same prices), but lshd1 had the free shipping and that saved me a lot of money. Also the order had already gone through so you know....oh well, I just don't understand how someone running a business thinks it's acceptable to have that attitude towards a customer.
