My part was not enough to get the free shipping. Can't blame you there.

I don't know how people can treat their customers so badly! It continues to amaze me. My customers always get a prompt, professional response, but then again I'm a much smaller operation than most. I can imagine it's difficult to control what the people that you hire say at all times (not that this is an excuse). Too often "establishments" don't realize the damage that one bad experience can make. You won't likely use them again and now that the we all have read about your experience we may think twice about buying from them. No one "deserves" your business...It must be earned! OK...I'll stop now! :) I hope you get your parts without any further problems.

That's the million dollar statement right there. I've been a part of some small businesses and it really is key to provide good service. It will come back to hurt your business if you don't. Unfortunately, the way times are right now, $$$ is the deciding factor for most.
 
I ordered a primary cover from them and saved $145.00. The shipping was slow, but probably would have taken the same amount of time from HD dealer.
 
Yeah I saved a lot of money too. I think the reason it's so slow is they have to order it in then reship it to you. That's all understandable, but the rudeness wasn't necessary.

FYI my local harley dealer usually only takes a few days at the most to get parts in, if I order monday I'll definitely have it by the end of the week.
