My part was not enough to get the free shipping. Can't blame you there.
I don't know how people can treat their customers so badly! It continues to amaze me. My customers always get a prompt, professional response, but then again I'm a much smaller operation than most. I can imagine it's difficult to control what the people that you hire say at all times (not that this is an excuse). Too often "establishments" don't realize the damage that one bad experience can make. You won't likely use them again and now that the we all have read about your experience we may think twice about buying from them. No one "deserves" your business...It must be earned! OK...I'll stop now!
