Helmet looks awesome! I've always loves those helmets guys make in the Philippines. You see whole streetfighter gangs riding around in predator helmets haha Definitely looking forward to seeing it complete.

I want to start a Predator gang! lol. I'll have to see about gettin my buddies into making some helmets. They all think I'm crazy lol.

I put the bondo on tomorrow. Just finished sanding the 2nd fiberglass coat. I really hate fiberglass.

Plastic filler (bondo) is usually mixed; 1" of cream hardener per every golf ball sized lump of filler. At least thats how I roll every day at work. Just an fyi

Yes'r, I appreciate the insight. I think the instructions say the same thing. Hope it goes smoother than the freakin fiberglass did lol.

Guess this makes me a bigger nerd... Here are a couple riding helmets I made 5yrs ago. Both are build with a DOT approved helmet internally. They are both movie quality and the pred has the tru tri lazer setup.

Bad freakin A man! Those are sick! I'm a huge fan of Pred and the Master Chief. Did you ride your bike with that Pred helmet? If so, I'll bet visibility was very limited lol. How'd you go about making those? I feel like an idiot now with my helmet compared to yours...lol

Nice traps btw! I'm trying to get some mountains like those

Both of'm look like they should be off the movie. Or in reference to the Master Chiefs helmet, the soon to be movie.

Thanks bro. Yes I ride with either helm. The pred has good visibility directly in front but I have to rely on the mirrors to see to the side for passing. The dreads are actually very light and don't cause any helmet buffeting at highway speeds.

I had some good contacts when I was building these. The pred parts came from a prop tech from AVP movie and the MC shell came from the Spike feature of the original Halo3 release.
