What a tragedy! There is hope for commercial vehicle safety in the future. As of 2010, commercial vehicle driver's will be held personally accountable for dot safety violations. Even minor infractions will permenantly count against their driving privilidges and I am hopeful that many dangerous drivers will be removed from our highways in the next two years. Remember your mirrors are there for a reason. All be careful out there and keep them rubber side down.
