MOTO GP INDIANAPOLIS 2015

Alright guys, so I want to go to Indy this year for the first time but I have some questions. I've looked around the inter webs and it seems like the best deal is the general admission tickets. Everyone says the infield is the place to be. Well, I want to ride in and I obviously won't be able to carry any lawn chairs so my question is there anywhere to sit other than the ground? I would be fine walking around all day but it's Not for me, my 60 year old father will be with me. I also read that you can take a lap on your own bike but do you buy that ticket there? Basically I want to experience as much as I can that Sunday with my father. We won't have very many more weekends together. If anyone has been there and can share any advice I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Find a ticket for turn 1 or 2 of the speedway. Best place to sit imo.

I sat in turn 1 awesome spot, you can go infield still also. Did the track lap also, pretty cool experience

We usually do a cook out the day before the race and do a big ride to motorcycles on meridian. On race day we tend to split up into smaller groups. It would be cool to all roll in together though
