So this weekend is the start of the 2015 MotoGP season.
I can't find a single race on TV!!!
What the hell!
What network is covering these races this year?

Great race, exciting from start to finish. Wish MM would've been up there to add to the excitement but guess it's just gonna make the anticipation for the next race that much greater. I'm not a MM fan, just wanna see as many battling as possible plus see how they're all stacking up against each other this year.

It was pretty nasty how hard the Duc's where pulling on the straights although they didn't seem to have that steam going into the last straight. Has me curious if Rossi was leaving something on the table for that last lap because every other lap they seem to pull way harder but in that race to the finish that Yami didn't seem to have a problem running with'em.

I know last season the Ducs had a tire advantage, or something like that, to keep them competitive with the rest of the field. Wonder what's up their sleeves this year.
I'm a Rossi fan. Hate I missed the race. Happy to see the salty old vet still kicking ass!

motogp fan here and I'm happy with the competition so far. I'm a big Rossi fan since the 500cc days. I think if they did away with the traction control and electronics he would still dominate like the old days…of course he is 36 so maybe age is a factor lol.

Chicknstripn-They entered under the "open class" and Ducati was allowed to use 4 extra liters of fuel for the race and a softer tire in qualifying to make them competitive as they said they could not develop the bike as quick as the big boys. This would last until they placed on the podium a certain number of times then they lost the advantages to level the field. A few other teams entered as open class but they are mostly smaller teams.

Fla- whatching the last corner exit it seemed like the duc lost some grip and slid a bit, maybe enough to allow Rossi a bit more time to get on the throttle.

I love my MotoGP and for a season opener that was quite a race to open with!
Fox sports 1 showed it live at 3am as it was from Qatar but check this link for the rest of the season MotoGP on Fox Sports 1
Next race is Austin, Texas so its a nice leasurley 3pm EST :D

StreetRod- thanks for refreshing my memory on those open class rules.
Being that you're a Rossi fan from back in the 500cc two stroke days, I gotta ask....
Do you own the movie FASTER?
One of my favorites

great movie. FYI, Netflix has both Fast and Fastest. Also check out TT3D, Road and One Man Island if you like the story of the Isle of Man TT.
