My front muffler bracket snapped, I got a new one, is there anything special I need to know/do before going to install it?

You must have a Buell gnomes in your house messing with stuff. You have had some bad luck with that beast. How many miles do you have on it now?

i have 10k on mine i was looking it over i had a nasty vibration from the exhaust.
found exhaust header nuts all loose front mount bolts into the head.
i finally designed a new front mount for my narrowed flowmaster and it smooth :)

just under 11k. Dood, iono, I really love riding this bike but its seriously given me a gang of problems.

1. Stator Burned up
2. Voltage Regulator Shot
3. Clutch Cable Snapped
4. Exhaust Inlet Cracked
5. Cylinder Head mount Sheared

Not to mention my Actuator throwing and engine code that I fixed myself. And man, I take care of my bike. Keep Her shiney, regular maintenance, jeeez. Iono, **** it. If I trade her in on an 1125cr ill be out from under the financing as they said they'll give me 7k trade in on Her and I owe less than that. Might just be worth it.

LOL I love how people say the engine is "Bullit proof" and Id have to agree, but not what the engine does to the bike. That vibration ***** **** up. Arrrggghhhhhhhh!

So just got off work and stopped by the shop. They said they are waiting for the exhaust to get in to try and pull out the sheared off cylinder studs, if they cant pull them they will have to replace the head =(. So I prolly wont be riding for the next couple weeks
