my buell wont start, any technician who can help

you state that the TPS voltage is at 1.4. It needs to be ay 5 and then adjusted from there, turn the adjustment screw, get the voltage to 5 and go from there. From what Ive read so far I think its a bad flash of the ecm.
 
latest news. I re checked everything,sparks, fuel everything, only thing i did now is that i unplugged the TPS and started it up.
It fired right up but only on one cylinder, the rear. I let it run like that for 50 sec or maybe more then i shut it and plugged the TPS pack, it started up on both cylinder but chocked right away, and then again i unplugged the TPS and started up fine only on one cylinder the rear.

After all, i spent a lot of money on other stuff, i will just get a new TPS and will see what happens
 
the new tps came...
I installed the new TPS connected back everything i erased all codes and started the bike up. It started up and rand ok, but i still thought that something is off because every now and then would almost choke but only almost.
then i went ahead and tested out a couple of different maps. note that the map that the bike came with is a race type of map... but i uploaded the stock one to see what happens, nothing would not even start.
then i uploaded a general race map that is available for download... With this map i think runs fine, only thing with this is that, when i pull on the throttle, sometimes would choke but it doesn't...

I KNOW IS LONG BUT IF SOMEONE CAN EXPLANE THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE HELPFUL:
Why is that with stock map does not run?
Why is that sometimes would choke when i pull on the throttle quick?
And last one, Why is that with the original map that the bike came with (witch is also a race map) back when i bought the bike ran fine and now does not?
 
Have you done a TPS reset? That seems like it would be the root of everything. I would almost bet that would get you running.
 
what we have here is trigger happy wrench hand. if it was my buell and it isnt of course and i could get it running by blocking the exhaust, the first thing i would check is for an exhaust leak at the headers, or maybe for a hole in the bottom of the muffler. imo only the compression is low compared to mine, but yours are a close match to each cylinder. so not sure what to think on that. as far as your chamber getting alot of fuel, that could be the computer reacting to incorrect readings. take the plugs out and turn it over a few times so it will blow all that fuel out until you can figure it out. good luck man and stop playing with ecm spy for right now, it aint time for you yet grasshoppa.
