Best things i did were
-adjust the suspension, makes you feel like your apart of the bike
-Brake lever adjustment, control control control

I have a 2010 RSS on order and will post pics of it on.

Also there are red neons on the way from Hong Kong

Let me Know what you think or sugestions all are welcome... Thanks

I would say you done it. Sweet, now ride it hard, look out for the law, and enjoy. By the way, Labs and Buells are a great combo. Cheers.

no more noise, i dont think it affected the bike at all, a mate said it might let more air into the intake grill

Only thing I might add, if you liked the stock brake control adj. - you'd love an aftermarket like Pazzo, CRG, etc. since they add adj. to the clutch also. Anyway, Nice bike. [up]

i agree with suspension tuning, it makes a huge difference. When i first got my bike it just didnt feel very responsive and i started reading about suspension. Made some adjustments and bam it leans over so easily now and feels like it responds to inputs.

also i wouldnt say that is a lab aussie or something??

She is a short haired begium shepard.

That for the advice about the leavers im going to lok for them, anyone knows who deals the in australia?

I have an 09' with the same color scheme. I was going to buy a smoked windshield because I'm not too crazy about the stock red. But I like what you did better.

What did you use to cut it down and what paint (looks like flat black by the pics, but I cant tell)?

Also, to my taste, the chopped fairing just begs for bar-end mirrors.

I used a cutting wheel on a dremel and then 320 grit sand paper, it has about 6 coats of enamel midnight black, which i let cure for a few days after...

Insteed of the bar end mirrors(which i dont like that much) i like the look of pig spotters, you can find them on ebay and there is a thread on this site which has a pic of a firebolt with them on, type pig spotters into the search bar... see if you like them.

Thanks, I think this is exactly what I'm gonna do. One last thing, did you parallel the original top cut with a compass or something to draw the new line, or did you just eyeball it?
