Well i am having my first trouble with my buell. After owning it all summer and putting 3k+ miles on it, i guess it could have happend sooner. Pulled out of my driveway and started to drive down the street and then it started to run rough and sputter, then everything went away. I turned around anyway and everything was fine then out of no where it did it again before i got home ( i was only 2 or 3 miles from home) Unfortunatly i was on my way to school so i had to jump in the truck and go. havent got to look at it yet.

Btw forgot to say the engine light came on when i was having trouble but went away when the trouble went away.

It could be an electrical issue or something with the ignition. My S3 just died on me last tuesday, blown fuse but turns out the PO wired it wrong so the ignition was wired into the accessories circuit. Nice looking bike, hope you get the issue figured out.

Replaced the fuel filter with Napa 730-9561 $14 on my 1999 X1!

I'm gonna do an oil change and fuel filter and new wires and go from there.
