Good find. Every bolt I see with the lightning tail on it pushes me closer to going for it. The seats just look so much more comfortable!

welcome to the club!

@rusko I'm in the same boat. They only thing stopping me is that my girl barely has any room as it is on the stock passenger seat.

thanks for welcoming me. I do need some help with finding a different exhaust. The stock one just does not sound good at all. What do some of you guys have for exhaust?

Welcome, Nice axle sliders ;)

You will be glad you joined for sure, or not as I have now spent way to much in way to many Buells :D

Welcome and congrats! :)

I'm the opposite. My bike had the Jardine pipe from the previous owner, and I'm going back to the stocker... loud exhausts give me headaches [sad]

thanks guys for all the posts. yes i would like a nice loud exhaust but not obnoxious. i might try and cut my own down. i looked at the do it yourself thread. it doesnt look that difficult. has anyone attempted it? Thanks misternikko the header is ceramic coated and i am in the process of buffing it out for more shine. hope it turns out.

Is that a lightning with a firebolt front cowl? I assume cause they look like bars not clipons, and its a clear airbox cover.

It is a Firebolt with an S tail, you can see the wiring under the fairing and the fuse block mounted where one is mounted on a Firebolt. Also the Black and red rims are a stock color to the R, the Red Translucent air box is a simple swap.

Came across this picture on the bike from two owners prior.
