My New Buell

Sold my X1 to my bro and just bought this yesterday from Grand Rapids HD and I think I'm in love.

Only thing I need right now is the Low seat...it has the Buell Select on it which makes me tip toe. So if anyone knows of a low seat let me know.

Now for the snow to melt...

Nice bike! Thats a Buell race pipe on there? Also your header blue goes way down you might wanna check whether its got a race chip or a remap or its running crazy lean. Congrats man!

I have exactly the same looking bike except the exhaust (mine is 03 XB9S; what power plant did you got?).
Mine came with set of two seats: stock and low. I have the low seat installed , being 5'7 it's just right for me, with the stock one I was tip toeing too.

Now for the snow to melt...

- Now I'm in the same boat buddy! Can't wait till Spring.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the purchase. You can keep checking Ebay from time to time, noting that the Low seat is what comes stock on the XB9's will turn up more auctions also. I ended up getting mine from the dealer because they generally sell very high. Sold my stock 12 and ended up only out $17. [up]

Yeah Thaloc that is the Buell's race pipe and from what they said it has the whole pro series kit on it including the race ECM. Thanks for lookin out man!

Oh and it's the xb9.

thanks Chasten but I just found one on ebay for pretty cheap and i may keep the select for my long trips since its like sitting on a pillow. but i do recommend it.

Hey Thaloc I just got an '04 xb12r and the headers run blue pretty far down on my bike as well. Sorry for my gnorance but how do i check if my bike has a race chip or what can cause a bike to run real lean? Fyi mine has the same race pipe as well.
