My Osbe helmet just got here, going to strap my old Icon Alliance to my backpack and ride home with the Osbe. Ill take some pics when I get home. SWEEEETNESS!

The only thing I don't like about this helmet is the leather straps all around it. I understand the use for the front ones but the rest are bugging me. Other then that I love the helmet especially without the face mask it really look like a fighter pilot helmet.

I think the ones on the back are for when you want to ride w/o the leather mask you can strap it to the back. Its about freezing here so ill see how it holds up in the cold.

I got it for 270 shipped. Ebayed it. And WOW, its not a winter helmet. The air circulation is amazing, I cant wait for next summer so I dont get a sweaty ass head anymore. Its got a buckle type chin strap so once you adjust it you dont have to again.

Its really comfortable, much more than both my Icon and GMax. But as I said definetly not a winter helmet, we're in the freezing level now here in WA state and my face was numb when I got home. The only downside so far is that you get alot of wind in your eyes.

It definetly wont have the safety rating a full face would. Pretty sure the leather mask is there just to keep me from eating bugs and to add to the asthetics on the lid. The two wisors work so perfect, the dark one is so dark with sun shining right in my face I dont have to swuint at all, and there is no seeing through it so im a mystery man when I wear it.

Anyhow, pretty sure I seen some snow flakes on my way to work this morning so, Guessing today otw home will be my last ride with it. Gunna wash the bike down and pack her up for the winter.

My opinion it gets an: A and 4 stars and two[up][up]

The way I was looking at it last year at the Montreal bike show this helmet would be a good down town riding helmet, you know when you are not doing any king of speed and everything get very hot very fast then this lid would help keep you cooler. They also have military/air force design that I have seen at the bike show.

That looks bizarre. I like it. Very unique. If I didn't already have 5 friggin helmets I would consider picking up a matte black one. The price seems right. Bold choice Thaloc.

MAN I LOVE THAT FREAKING HELMET! I wish they made a hard resin or Carbon fiber peice in the place of that Leather. I can't bring myself to ride with my face and jaw unprotected and i don't know what that leather would do for me.... Still very very very tempting though. Sweetest of Choices Thalc.

Well, my girl left her link cable at home, she'll bring it back by this weekend and Ill upload some pics then. On the other side, it snowed like crazy here Friday so my bike got packed up in to the Dining room. Or as I like to call it the Buell Showcase Room. I hate winter.

Sorry guys, link cable seems to be MIA. I just took some pics with the cell. Been riding again for about a month now, and wearing. I LOVE THIS HELMET. Its amazing, its been pretty cold but I use a neoprene gator mask and its just fine. There is a great deal of air circulation around your face and it will make sensitive eyes water up at higher speeds. But I got her out on a lonely highway and topped out the 12R and it didn't feel like it was unstable or going to fly off my head.

Im pretty sure the leather face mask wont take a blunt impact like a full face helmet but I think it could take just as much pavement grinding. I feel very safe with it. Its Euro Union and Snell certified, and all the cops iv talked to said they wouldn't write a ticket for it. Anyhow heres the pics.
