So when you take off your seat, the bolt goes into an insert in the frame, the frame is not threaded, right? Well I crossed threaded the bolt and got it stuck in the insert and the insert is turning now, how do I get it out and replace it? Where can I get that part? Here are pictures, in first one you can see where its stuck, second picture you can see the insert.

get it out anyway you can it's alot like a rivet in principle. Meaning when you tighten it for the 1st time it squeezes itself like a rivet does when you squeeze the rivet gun handles. Try not to enlarge the hole if you can help it I'd use a hacksaw and cut the bolt and then just push it on through into the frame and you can get a replacement thru your dealer. far as putting it in I don't know I haven't replaced mine yet lol I'd assume you would just bolt your seat on I don't know

Same thing happened to me. I ended up drilling the rivet out, filling it with JB weld and tapping it 1/4-20. I have not had any problems.
Though I dont use bolts anymore. I threaded a piece of rod and put those in with some locktite. This way I can just pull the seat off anytime without having to mess with the screws.
