My xb12r idles runs rough at initial start!

my rpms jump all over the place when bike is cold. it cracks a pops at the exhaust and then once it warms up it runs like a dream. anything i could do to fix this? i just replaced the spark plugs 2 days ago fyi

What exhuast/intake mods does the bike have?

Did you do any work/modifications just prior the poor running?

With the engine cold...start it and spray some WD-40 or Brake Cleaner up at the manifold to head location.
If the engine smooths out and or the rpms go up...you have an intake leak to fix.

Also go around and check for loose ground wires (front to rear..!). Also for any other possible bad wires.
