2009 XB12R, putting bike back together after polishing the plastics up, found this bolt in a bag labeled front fender. I can't figure out where it came from, if its an extra, or even if is for the bike. Any idea's?

That looks like the bolt that is one of 3 that hold the sprocket/belt cover on. This should be the one towards the rear that screws into the swingarm pivot bolt.

Awesome! I think you are right. I removed the back half of the cover about 5 years ago and therefore have that bolt left over. Lost and found bolt.......
