Need help asap oil light

Do u guys think if I set the ecm back to stock it would fix it? Or do u think that would make it worse?

i figured it out guys. its my fuel pump. i think its either clogged or needs to be replaced. will find out tomorrow. does any one have the link to the thread that said what year and moddle mustang the fuel pump is?

I am going through the same thing and just bought a new fuel pump. Every thing was good i shut it off and no go. When it started back up it sounded oil starved added a halve court and sound went away. Replaced oil cooler cause it had a drip and runs worlds cooler

yea i figured out the oil light was coming on because it was starting to idle low before it died.
but i went on a 20 mile ride and stoped at my house real quick. and as i was about to leave the drive way i could here it runing weird. so when it killed it self. i shut it off turned it back on and the fuel pump sounds funny. not the usual wine. and i no its not something silly like a ground or anything because it still ran then died out. i just dont think it was pushing fuel or enough fuel.

im also going to check the gas tank breather because last time this happened when i pulled the tank fearing and pulled the gas breather off it puffed at me. but i no the hose isnt clogged check that already.

if im missing something please clue me in. i miss riding to work and school.

You can adjust the fan settings in the raw EEPROM from ecmspy, you can also do a datalog and see if your head temp sensor isn't reading correctly.

ill have to read more about the fan set up. hate bringin my bike to the dealer for something i can do.
