NEED HELP!!!

So I recently bought a carb for my 2002 buell blast because my fuel enricher needle was missing when I tore my carb apart. I have started the bike and it will run smooth at start up but after I rev it past about 4k rpm my slide starts sticking. I’m not sure what the problem is anybody know what’s wrong?

Lemme guess. Off shore 'replica' for unbelievably cheap? No matter, take the cap off and pull out the slide (and needle), do you see rub marks? Several options to fix...

Try the throttle while it's apart to see if its something else cable/ throttle tube related.
