Need LOCAL Help

OK .. I'm old ... I tune motors by the way they sound, how the plugs look and how the exhaust smells...
I have a 04 XB12s... stock electrics
Made a lot of mods ....It runs fine, but need some one who knows ECM "spy" , programing, etc.
I'm in the Rochester NY. area.
