Need Lower Triple Tree or Steering Stem

Hey guys so here's the deal.

I took a pretty bad spill on the 2003 XB9R and im having an awful time finding parts. I need a lower triple tree and steering stem. If anyone has any leads on where to get one, or if you are selling one, I am willing to pay out for it. I'm desperate and this issue has kept me off my bike for a month.

I bought one from ebay with the part number J0106.02A8 but when it arrived I noticed the part number was actually J0106.02A8C. This one just slides up and down my forks when they are fully clamped down. I called a local HD shop and they said the part I have is the part I need but it just doesn't fit. I dont know what to do. I just wanna ride.

If anyone has any leads, please let me know. Much appreciated.
