Need more out of my '04 xb12r!!!

What can I do? I only have a Jardine can and a "CHEESEY" Dobek Performance Jet Kit and it feels like I am on a Ninja 250! Granted, I am very used to the bike (28,000 miles) but I need more and love the ride! SOO, I dont want to give it up.

First off the Jardin takes away almost 10 hp. I takes away a lot of low end torque. Remap is always a favorite for getting the best results out of your bike.

NOS, I hear the energy drink does wonders for the fuel lines, injectors, and engine.

If you enjoy parting with your money, throw a 1450 kit on there. They are pricey, the engine upgrades would be worth more then the bike.

Throw the xb9 primary set on there, you'll lose top end speed but gain a bunch of get-up-and-go.

And I agree with onelogue, shit-can the jardine.

Rye Fred, "want more" what? Post more specifically what's the issue with how the bike performs.

KZ250 is a respectable small displacement bike. It has a wider powerband than an XB.
Properly tuned, an XB resembles a SV650 with a narrow power band.

get a full exhaust system. open up the intake system and get it tuned with a race fueller on a dyno. or you could loose some weight
