Need pictures quick!

Hey guys my boss knocked over my bike at work and its at the autobody shop all fixed. I'm not happy with the way the air boxes (lobster claws) hug the bike. If someone can post closeup pictures of the gaps between the tank and the airbox that would be sweet. both sides please if possible! Would be greatly appreciated! I can get my big thumb between the tank and cooler on the left side. Doesnt line up with the tank very nice. not happy with the work so im not signing the paper work until its perfect.

Every picture ive seen of one looks like that. I dont own one so i cant say for sure. It looks great to me tho!

Hmmm. To quote Bill Gates, maybe "it's not a bug, it's a feature." I suspect that gap is to help the cooling air to escape after passing through the radiators. Radiators need flowing air to work most efficiently.

Plus, if there were no gaps the scoops would be like two small parachutes on the bike!

09 cr here just looked at mine leftside can fit hand between, rightside just finger tips.Great now I have a problem with the gaps!!!!LOL think there all that way sorry.

I've got the same gap on the left side of mine. I noticed it the first time I washed it. Thats why all the magizines talked about the "fair" fit and finish of the 1125s.

If the "K" bracket that holds the radiator to the engine isn't bent or cracked, then that is how it is supposed to be.
