need replacement headlight unit: only need part Y0721.6AC?

I'd like to replace the headlight housing on my 2009 XB12Scg due to a nasty scratch on the bulb cover (clear plastic).

Is part Y0721.6AC the only thing I need for this replacement?

I'm reading, albeit old posts, that people needing left/right "modules" as well so I'm not sure.
