Need tranny and gaskets for '03 XB9R

I just split the cases yesterday. The primary ran low on oil, the gears overheated, one of the shift forks turned to butter and failed to drag its gear from 1st to 2nd, and the tranny stopped (two competing gear ratios). Two of the gears are badly discolored and there are a few bent teeth. Anyway, I see buellsterparts.com has a full tranny for $175 which isn't too bad but they don't have the gaskets (listed) that i need to put the engine back together. I'm new to Buells and I have no idea where to get the part numbers OR the parts.
Can anyone help me make a shopping list and tell me where to spend my money?

She locked up HARD at 35mph. I don't know if the other gears and shafts are compromised and don't want to find out the hard way considering the complete tear-down. I ordered that used transmission this morning.
