Full-on custom race header with port match? like I said before Dean... your quite the industrious fella' :D

Lovin' the stand BTW.. makes one helluva' work platform, yes?!

This set was machined out manually, just talked with another shop owner that has a cnc waterjet. I got ripped a little on the machined set, especially since it took the guy almost 4 weeks to make them. I've been waiting for 2 weeks now with my bike torn down and ready to build this. I missed all of the 75-80 degree weather, now it's in the 90's. I plan on working on this some over the weekend.

I haven't looked at the ports on the heads yet, but I think these will be larger by a fair bit, maybe as much as .250" so yes, it will be interesting. I'd like to get my hands on the 1190 kit, but I haven't been able to talk them (EBR) out of parting with a prototype set as of yet.

A short anti-reversion cone may take up some inner flange dia. with a "mild" port match if an OD pipe change is planned.. just thinking out loud :D

Full race size. 1.5" instead of 1.125" at the heads.

Let me know how that runs! You should make it so you can use those with slip ons. ;)

I'm thinking whole exhaust system......Dean let me know price.....when it's out of prototype.

Based on just the front header, it won't exactly be cheap.

My intent is to make it backwards compatible with most of my older pipes. I think from probably #50 and up, I can make it work with the muffler anyway. I'm going to try to get it lined up at the same point under the motor.

Not totally done yet, but it's getting there. I think I have it sorted out where it might work with about 1/2 of my older systems. Not sure how far into this I really want to go, it's been a pretty interesting build and now I've got a pretty good headache.

Okay now after you get everything buttoned up and put back together you've gotta crank it with open headers just one time and video it. :D

I'm only expecting 145 at the wheel, if even that much. I'm not doing any porting or engine mods. I did weld in some O2 sensor bungs and they're spaced a little better than it was stock. I ended up routing the rear header different than stock, there's just not enough room to pass both pipes through the stock location without burning the pod or some wires/hoses.

No Dave, I'm not starting it up with just the headers. I think that might be a bit too loud, even for me.

Finally going back together. Still need to make a midpipe and muffler for it. Also planning on redoing some wiring for the wideband setup, I need to remove about 6 feet of wire for both front and rear sensors.
