New 1125R has a two month warranty. Temp seems a bit hot and shut off a few times.

I recently bought a 08 1125R and it came with a warranty that covers just about everything. The only thing ive noticed is that the fan tends to be on all the time after the "cool" has gone off. Typically runs 175-190 on these 55-70 degree days. In traffic it was around 195. Should I be concerned? Also a few times it has shut off after maybe 5-8 min after being started. Starts right away after this happened.
is this normal?

My 08 1125R runs between 175 and 190 typically. I wouldnt be worried unless it gets above 220 too much. Mine has been up to (227 and that is when the temp light comes on), but it was hot outside and I was stuck in traffic. it's been 85 degrees here, and mine has been running around 200-210 as long as I dont get into traffic.

as far as the fan, pretty normal on Buells. the bike shouldnt shut off unless you shut it off. if it is, you may have a faulty connection somewhere.

Thats good news, thanks alot. If anything is in need of fixed id like the hd dealership to cover it.
