1. We don't only sell Buell parts anymore so we kept things independent of motorcycle brand. Would you tell EBR to put the word "Buell" on his shirts? 2. We don't make enough profit on our products to offer "freebies." You're kidding right?

Guys, this is ridiculous. Sandro is probably already providing them at cost to buyers, and otherwise at cost + shipping to those who aren't buying a product at the same time. That's a damn cheap t-shirt for a company that produces a great product for your Buells (and a handful of other bikes). Having just gone through the process of getting t-shirts printed with a local company, I can tell you that he's not making any money on these at all. While I can subsidize the cost of the t-shirts for my more expensive tuning packages, you have got to be kidding yourself if you think he has $15 in his profit margins to spare for freebies to buyers. That's a pretty clear misunderstanding of basic business finance.

Using the Buell name or logo would be copyright infringement. It's just not an option.

Agreed I have a shirt because I support him and his products, like having Buell, Buellsterparts, Alpinestars, and all the other random brand shirts that I own.

Thanks guys! I appreciate that. I'm definitely not making as much as I could on these... I'd rather pass them on at a good price to those of you that like our products and would like to rep our company. $10 is a pretty darn good deal for a quality t-shirt if you ask me. Octo is right on regarding the use of Buell in advertising. We did so last time but in hind sight should not have. We don't need HD or EBR breathing down our throats or making us pay for licensing...They'd definitely cost more then.

I do have a local company that does them. I can look into it but it will probably be pretty expensive once you pay setup fees etc for just a few shirts (my guess...$30+). Give me some time and I'll PM you with some details. Thank you for wanting to wear our brand! It really does feel good to have people that are as excited about our company as we are. [up]

If they've already burned the screens for this t-shirt design, they should be able to do just another color on a different t-shirt. Shouldn't require any additional setup costs, and if they claim it will, they're lying to you.

This is true. Not sure what their policy is for min orders etc. but they are family friends of mine so I'm sure they'll be fair.
