Looks badass. But for those prices, I'd MUCH rather have an 1190RS. IMO!

looks cool, but this whole electric thing is really way under developed. the real world isnt setup for it, and who wants to take there eletric bike out for a joy ride but has to wait 2 hours every 100 miles? i like fill up and go 150 miles, fill up again and keep going!

Two bike stable. Like i said before, my Buell is a lifetime keeper. I will probably keep the second bike I have now for life too, as I have had it for 11 years now anyway and love IT. You still keep your Buell, and have the Mission as like your second bike. Ride the Mission as appropriate, take the Buell on longer range road trips. The Mission won't be your steed of choice for that long cross country trip. But this is the first true high performance electric sport bike.

The door is beginning to crack open on the future.

In the early years of gasoline powered motorcycles, there wasn't a gas station on every corner either.

It's cool and all but the problem with the electric bikes is you have to recharge it. I don't want to go out on a sunday ride and make it 75 miles and have to turn around, go home, and plug it in for 2 hours.

yea the recharge time is too high. If they could cut it down to something reasonable it would catch on. After I ride for 100ish miles Im ready for a 10 or 15 min break. But even at a recharge time of 10-15 min charge stations would need a huge number of plug ins. It takes a while at a typical gas station when you show up in a group of half a dozen or more.

I would consider a zero motorcycle if it was cheap enough. Its enough range for me to commute to work and have short trips around town. And i could plug it in all day while im working. But for 8-10k its not worth it IMO.

If I could afford/justify one, I'd get it. I wouldn't take it on longer rides - obviously - but I do a lot of around town riding almost on a daily basis. It would be great for that. It must be fun to ride too!
