New Buell Owner Saying hello!

Hello everyone!

I am a proud owner of a new 2010 XB12R and I've been trolling around this sire for awhile and I finally decided to make an account.

I was a Gixxer owner for quite a few years and i enjoyed my time on that bike. I started to get rather frustrated while the amount of maintenance associated with it and also getting associated with all those show-off types of people. In the middle of the summer a buddy of mine bought a used XB12Scg and i took it for a little ride. At the first corner i took i fell in love. I can't believe how well it took the turn.

It sucks that Buells are no longer in production but it worked out well for me because i picked up a 2010 for a steal price and I can't be a happier person. I look forward to the coming years of being a Buell owner and contributing to the forums!

can't agree with you more about the handling! recently got my buell and sure feel lucky to get the discount for such a great Beast!

Thank you all for the warm welcome! I just have two pics right now of the bike i took at the dealership but more will be coming soon. Its still 100% stock yet but that may change in the near future.

Anyone have any good mods to try out on a '10 model? The only thing I know of now is making a phone call to Hawk Performance.
