PLS COMMENT!

Awesome. How do you not burn yourself with that rear header though. It's usually tucked in above the time cover but where it is right now seems like it'd be awful close to your shin.

How's the braking on the front? With dual ZTL rotors, is it grabby or touchy?

didnt see a vent in the airbox...how does it breath?

also...u gonna do anything about the pipes? love the bike, super clean, wish you'd polish or ceramic coat the pipe...not a fan of the weld burns.

Great Job. Rep point for you.

Good to see passion and bikes working together. It combines in a fine piece of craftmanship and art.

Great job on the rims. Do not understand the comment on the double rotor though.

It only has the one front rotor.

Also I like the weld burns. Was it done in stainless or titanium? I can see how the heat might be a problem, is it bad?

I have seen cool stuff with lots of hard work but man....that is COOL with lots of hard WORK. Thumbs up.

Hello everyone again
Sorry of my delay but now, I try to answer as many questons of yours as possible.

actually the rear header's heat not cause any problem, because my knees based on the frames, not on the headers, but the factory position of the rear header's pipe is all the more.because of this we figured out a new route for this.by the way, I think it looks much more better and in that way the engine looks much better. For safety's sake the pipe' inside 8 both of the pipes)has been coated with a heat educer ceramic.Same like the pipes of the WRC cars.this ceramic help to reduce the heat so I feel the heat more less.

henri66 and thunderstormgrowl are right. We use on this bike a custom made, single sided, rubber mount perimeter disc with a modified ZTL 8 piston caliper.
didnt see a vent in the airbox...how does it breath?
There is no any vent in the airbox on the factory XB,tough breath. Our airboc cover is not only lower but also slimmer so it's not cover the rear headers.I think the airbox get most of ammount the air from under, from the headers.
Was it done in stainless or titanium?
Made from stainless.Of course I like the weld burns also because it gives a raw look to the pipes.
I can see how the heat might be a problem, is it bad?
I think on a Buell XB the heat allways might be a problem. But as I mentioned before(above)we have tried to reduce this problem with the relocated pipes and the ceramic coating.

have you ever thought about hiding the rear caliper behind the swingarm? the caliper you have is pretty cool but i think it would clean up the rear that much more.

Yes I thought but I would feel the swingarm too empty if I hide the rear caliper. In addition we didn't want to hide any parts of this bike. But it's a great idea and thanks for shared with me this.
