Hey y'all. Just wanted to send out a quick shout. New to the forums, new to Buell. Just a straight noob all around. Been riding for a bit now and I just bought my first Buell. Last week I had the good fortune (or bad karma, wichever you prefer) to purchase an '03 XB9S. She's awesome! I've been bit hard. My mod wish-list is growing by the second. Already got my service manual and I'm neck deep right now reading from cover to cover. This is going to be fun. I'm sure I'll be talking (..begging rather) for help from the forum soon. I'm kind of a picture nut, she's just so pretty, so I'm sure more pics will be coming soon.

First pic... (before I've got my hands in her)

Thanks for the love all. Getting plates on her today. Love that NY DMV! Looking forward to some proper NYC streetfighting.

Welcome. Another NYC bueller. Trying to get my bike sorted and tuned now. After you get the registration sticker on your plate, think about taking a razor and scoring a big "X" through it. Not sure how it is in other states but people like to steal the registration stickers off bikes in NYC and use them on their unregistered bikes to pass those at a glance inspections from the cops.
