Never had the bike torn down this far...was pretty intimidating. A huge thanks the theMelvster6 (pictured)...would not have been able to do it without him! Also a huge thanks to d_adams for doing such a great job on the project...very impressed with his work!

Tomorrow she's getting a bath and a photoshoot, finished pictures will be posted then...in the meantime, here are some teasers:

I know, I know. I put in exhaust seals also (which tend to be a pain)...mainly I just wanted plenty of room to work with and "jiggle" things around. haha Btw...I've been dreaming of new exhaust for mine now...THANKS A LOT BUDDY!! LOL It sounds BEAUITFUL...A youtube vid wouldn't do it justice! :D

Wow, I am so impressed with this new system. At idle it's a little quieter than my GB...almost along the lines of a mellow d&d. But when I get on it the thing screams. Sounded great at highway speeds, also not quite as loud as the GB, but a really nice bassy note to it. I still have the tune on it from my spec ops pipe, and that really seems to be gettin along with the ti-keda (I guess that's what I'll call it?)...lower speed/rpm is much smoother and the popping on decel is significantly reduced. Going to datalog again and see if it needs any tweaking, but right now I think it's pretty damn close.

Dean, I gotta say, you did a damn good job on these...even the ceramic coaters commented on how well the silencers were put together. Thanks again!

Yeah they are, 2" diameter.:D

One thing I need to figure out now is how to fit a RSS back on. The front header tube comes up significantly higher than the oem headers, there is zero chance of getting my original RSS on there again. Might be chopping up my RSS in the near future....

Looks great Miami, just need to get the shock & tensioner springs powder costed black now.

And I won't bother about the RSS as it will cover up some of those beautiful headers.
