It took a little longer than anticipated as it seemed the side rails didn't want to fit with the OEM rack... but it does now

Side panniers look good! Top box bit huge for my liking (I hate top boxes, but they come in useful!).

I agree that the Topbox is overkill.. I think I will use one of the side cases as a topbox most days and just fit the big one when I need to carry more.
