New member and Buell XB9R owner

Hi all!, I figured i'd introduce myself to the group. I just bought a '03 xb9r with just a shade over 23k on it and absolutely love the bike and am looking forward to learn more about it!!

Welcome brother, I have a couple of 03 bolts myself and am kinda new around here as well, not to motorcycling though. Nice looking bike, I would change the engine and primary oil, check all nuts and bolts and get out there and have fun. The guys around here know these bikes from top to bottom, u are in good hands. They have helped me a great deal already and made some cool friends. Enjoy her and WEAR ur gear!!!!!!

Nice to meet you wickedchop, yeah that's what im gonna do actually, just give it a nice once over and get out and have fun!.....oh and im not sure, I thought it looked different than few others ive seen, ill have to look into it further. Oh and whereabouts in NJ are you from?? I'm up in Budd Lake/ Hackettstown area.

Awesome!! thanks for all the info!!! My badges weren't in that great of shape and the ones on the seat arent stock , although I'm gonna keep an eye out for them and reinstall them on the bike. If I happen to find more than one set ill let you know
