I am new to Buell Motorcycles and to this BuellXB forum.

I had recently purchased my 2003 XB9S Lightning on Sept. 6, 2016 (happy 60th. birthday to me) from Lakewood Harley-Davidson in Lakewood, NJ.

I have had it out a few times and it is a fantastic ride; 4,385 on the clock and sanitary.

Please be patient with me if I post a dumb question, from time to time.

That is a SL aka Low Model, you can double check by looking at the 4th and 5th digit in the Vin it will be WX.

Looks like it has a Street fighter seat (Factory Accessory) and a D&D exhaust as well!

Nice bike. Do the D&D cans retain both rear muffler straps? Because his looks like it only has one.
