That open line is normal, it's for the evap canister on California bikes, throw a vacuum line cap on it.
Remember to give rep points when rep points are due. It's the sheriff looking badge thing on the bottom left of the post box.next to the alert triangle(report button).
Is all good, we all are still learning. Nice inspection tear down. Most leave the pegs off, I personally left mine on just in case. I would recommend DDM tuning HID headlight upgrade. Most people complain about the brightness of the OEM setup. I just recently did mine and it was a big difference. Your ECM is "race use only" or simply put it has the race tune from EBR most likely. Probably for an aftermarket exhaust. And can I say what an upgrade from the scooter.

Those are passenger pegs, rider pegs are the ones the person operating the bike use. I don't have my passenger pegs on. Look into stands for the bike Pitbull being the best, t-rex and venom are also popular. Right side headlight is common to be burnt and dull like that. That is a K&N air filter that can be serviced. Look into XBlights.net or look into the 2010 LED tail light(no integrated turn signals but much brighter). Corbin doesn't make the stock seats, so that is aftermarket.
