Hi all,

I am Jan from the isle Sylt, located in the german northsea.

Old man 68 years, but still completely motorcycle crazy.

I own beside of the XB three Kawasakis: Zephyr 750(my Baby).Z 1000 2008 an d a relative new Z 900 SE

Bought the XB 12 six weeks ago, the bike was technical ok but not good (tires 8 years old primary oil from 2006 an so on).
Important is the engine runs great since she has new spark plugs an oil,
but in my eyes an optical ruin.

But i have plenty of time ,so she improves.

That shoud be enough for now

Hi all ,

short answer to your questions.I was born on Sylt in 1955 and i will never leave this unbelievable beautiful island.It is far away from a motorcycle paradise but especially in the early morningtimes nice and very fast to ride.

The image i posted from my Zephyr is a bit old,i did a lot of works until that time,When she really will be finished after more than ten years work i will post it here.There happend a lot of things only to be seen
by real Kawa or Zephyr specialists.The most obvious thing to seen will be new wheels with full chrome an 5.5 behind.

I definitly drive a lot, round about 6000 miles a year.

Had been in norway,denmark,netherlands,belgium,england,THE ISLE OF MAN,scotland,france,austria ,swiss,spain,italy,korsica,croatia and czech.

This year i rode more than 6000 miles,and for me it is far away from finished.
One of my bikes , Z1000 2008 a real!! fast black modified one with Wilbers and all you want is waiting for me in south germany ,where it is standing in one of may very best friends garage , extremely well cared.
when you are 68 ,there is no time to loose.

So guys ,lets ride.

I will post some pics later,when I think it is worth of it.But not until now.

There is still a lot of work needed to improve the bike.

but the winter here is long and cold,that gives me a lot of time to work on my Buell.
