So I had another track day at Thunder Hill this last Sat. I ran my new Dunlop slicks and loved them. I was on Q3's before. Z2 had us on both the East and West in one big lap. My first time on the new West track and although I didn't think I'd like it, I really like the new West addition to T-Hill. Suits the Buell perfect. I get passed by 5 or 6 Ricers every straight only to pass them back on the turns. HaHa. I don't have pic's form Sat yet but I'll post the when I get my CD from Got Blue Milk.

I hope other Buell riders will man up and do some track days. It would be fun to meet up with other Buell riders at the track.

PM me when you're ready, burned the clutch down on the sv last sat. New clutch kit and slave cylinder are already on the way. Machine will be back up and ready in two weeks. I put some pics up, don't know if ya seen them.

It's getting to hot now boys to be strapping up in full race gear, come sept its on all the way til nov. Definitely like to get you guys out there w me. Im just a pussy when it comes to the heat. I cant take it, most guys I know don't go out all summer either. If you guys have to get out this summer, ill go. Just be prepared for the heat gentlemen!!!!#

All this talk of track days has me inspired to start hitting the gym again!
The tail of the dragon is one thing, and I know I don't know squat about racing on a track, but I do know the old fitness level will be tested!

Lol, I'm 46 and have never felt better or been in better shape, slow is good! Trying to be valentino Rossi is bad and will get you a free trip in the chopper to the hospital. The instructors are going to take good care of you guys and so am I. Looking forward to it.....
