Well I found a pdf manual for the kawasaki so now I have a way of knowing the specs for everything on the bike,it's sad that nowadays I need to use a manual when I used to be able to tear a bike down and put it back together with my eyes closed and yes it would be done right.

Hi,have not said much lately about the project on the kz,will post more photos,but already have it down to the frame and it does not look to bad but cannot decide what to do next pull the engine or check the wiring harness.

Back again,Wally I don't plan on doing anything to the carbs on this bike,I am going to buy a set that will not need as much work,have not been able to do much right now because other things came up.

It will make a huge difference! My little GS is nearly done (although admittedly not close to the amount of work you have to do!)

i love doing the little stuff - feels like you accomplished so much more than you actually did!

When I lived in Columbus,Ga.I almost picked up one those little Suzuki's but I went with a Suzuki 550,this Kawasaki is going to take a while to get it back to what it should be but it will be fun and I have the time since I don't work now.
